2017 – Baja Mexico Cruise
It is with great pleasure to announce that the 25th annual NASMDA meeting will be held on Carnival Imagination!

Please read the following to book your cabin(s) on the cruise. It is imperative that you follow these directions so that NASMDA attendees will benefit in terms of getting a free conference room and points to be spent on the ship.

II. Payment Guidelines
When you reserve your cabin by February 14th, you must pay a deposit of $100 per person. The total balance will be due by June 5th. If you do not book your cabin by February 14th, you will not receive the group rate and the deposit cost will be higher. The following are the prices for cabins:
Ocean View – starting at $429 per person + port fee $81.50 + gratuity $38-40
Interior – starting at $379 per person + port fee $81.50 + gratuity $38-40
*Price varies depending on what deck level you are on
**If more than two people are staying in the room, the prices for the third and fourth person will be relatively less
III. How to Book
In order to book, please call Kimberly at 1-800-819-3902 ext 82579 and give her our booking number 5QD1N3 and group name NASMDA.

V. Program Details
We cannot use the event app that we used last year during the cruise. We will therefore send you the details for the program before the cruise and have a hard copy during the cruise.
Dr. Satinderpal Singh Sondhi is the CME Chair and is working on the final schedule.
Like every year, there will be Sikhi related lectures.
VI. Transportation to the Port
Option 1: Carnival Shuttle
$60 per person round trip
Option 2: Rent a Car/Members Living Nearby
You must pay for parking at the port. The rates is $19 per day.
Option 3: Uber/Lyft
Approximate cost is between $24-33 for four seats depending on the time.
For those of you who know younger generation physicians, dentists, residents, fellows, and medical/dental students in the family or community; please encourage them to attend this year’s meeting. NASMDA is a great place to learn and network. Please gift Life Membership to your sons/daughters and encourage others to become Life Members. This will help in strengthening our organization.
